Alyson Rae Robinson is the Chief Executive Officer of RaeLawson Enterprise LLC, a Multi-Unit 7-Eleven Franchisee, and a nationally recognized motivational speaker. Her career spans public service, Corporate America, and entrepreneurship — each chapter adding depth to a story she now shares on stages across the country.
The Beginning
Built from the Ground Up
Alyson Rae Robinson grew up in Dallas, Texas with a deep sense of purpose and an entrepreneurial fire that couldn't be contained. From an early age, she understood that success wasn't handed to anyone — it was built, brick by brick, with discipline, faith, and an unwillingness to accept anything less than her best.
After completing her undergraduate education, Alyson entered Corporate America and quickly distinguished herself as a leader. But her ambitions were bigger than any corporate ladder. She set her sights on business ownership and never looked back.

The Franchise
Winning the Franchise
In 2017, Alyson accomplished what very few have — she won a 7-Eleven franchise, becoming one of the few Black women in the country to own multiple franchise locations. Today she operates multiple units across the DFW metroplex, building a brand that's as much about community investment as it is about business.
Her 7-Eleven locations are more than convenience stores — they are proof of what persistence, preparation, and purpose can produce.
The Enterprise
Expanding the Vision
Under the RaeLawson Enterprise LLC umbrella, Alyson has launched Journee Vending Co., offering free vending machine placement for commercial properties with full-service maintenance and restocking. Her enterprise is a growing portfolio built on solving real problems in her community.
Each venture reflects her core belief: that Black entrepreneurs deserve a seat at every table, and if that table doesn't exist, you build it yourself.

The Speaker
Inspiring the Next Generation
Alyson is a sought-after motivational speaker who has delivered over 100 talks to high school students, college audiences, and professional organizations. She speaks candidly about entrepreneurship, financial independence, overcoming adversity, and the power of owning your narrative.
Her message is simple and transformative: your hustle is your résumé. She has been featured on CBS Weekend News, Fox 4 Dallas, WFAA, and DeDe in the Morning.
